“Run for the Roses” A night celebrating the Bellaire Chamber community. Event includes a fully catered dinner with cash bar, silent and live auctions, tower of gifts raffle, and the annual community awards. The proceeds from this event are used to help finance 2025 community-based programs and events. This event is a great opportunity to celebrate everything our community and region has to offer.
Thursday, May 1st, 2025
5pm - Doors open, appetizers and cocktails served. Will call open, VIP Entrance open, 50/50 raffle sales and Tower of Gifts raffle sales open. Silent Auction open.
7pm - dinner served - buffet style
7:30pm - Silent Auction closes
8pm - Live speech and awards presentation
9:30pm - Auction check out table opens at the end of the presentation and awards.
Dinner: Southwest Spiced Pork Ribs, Bone-In BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Fried Corn, Roasted Whole Golden Potatoes, Cornbread w/whipped honey butter, Garden Salad, warm Peach Cobbler, Rolls & Butter, Coffee, Herbal Tea, Iced Tea and Lemonade.
Tickets include entry, dinner, cash bar, and silent auction bidding number. Individual $65 pp or a Table of 8 for $500.
VIP Entrance available if you pick up your tickets before April 30th.
