The Holiday Gift Fair is a kick off arts and crafts fair here in Bellaire, Michigan. It is in the Shanty Creek Resorts and houses a full Ballroom & more with lots of vendors who create and bring a wide variety of high quality goods that will make perfect gifts for anyone you know. There is something for everyone. It will surely start your holiday season off right. This event includes fun raffles with lots of gift baskets and great prizes! To top the fair off, we offer the FIRST chance to get your Light Up The Night Soup Tickets for our much awaited December event.

We are so excited to have you all join us for the 42nd Annual Holiday Gift Show!

Important Information:
Set Up Time- 8AM to 9:30AM
DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 8AM. You will NOT be allowed to set-up early!
The Gift Fair is being held in the grand ballroom only this year and adjacent hallway. There is a entrance marked by the door closest to the ballroom. Please park and unload but then move your vehicle to one of the further parking lots to leave room for other vendors to unload and the people attending! Help unloading may be available but not guaranteed.
Booth assignment is done at vendor check in. Coffee available for vendors.
Set up time begins at 8:00 am. Please do not arrive any time before 8:00am. Once you arrive, please come inside to the Conference Center doors near the resort spa and fitness center to check in and find where your spot is located. We will be in the Grand Ballroom which is located right as you come inside the conference center doors. Once you are unloaded, please move your vehicle away from the entrance and park in the back lot across from the main drive by the golf course. This will allow room for others to unload along with opening parking for the ones who will be arriving to shop! We will have the Mancelona Wrestling team here helping to unload your vehicles and to help move your item to your booth location. =donations for this service will go towards their program for new uniforms and would be greatly appreciated. Please have your booths all set up and ready to go by 9:45am as the show will start promptly at 10:00am.
Please remember that no tables or chairs will be provided, you are responsible for bringing your own. We have two booth sizes available (small and large), the small booth size is 6 x 10 and most are along the outside wall. The large booth size is 10 x 10. We do ask that you stay within your space boundaries and be respectful to your neighboring vendors.
The show runs from 10am -3pm. Please refrain from packing up your space until after 3:00pm. This show is very popular and is usually busy right up until the end time of 3:00pm.

We will be selling raffle tickets at the entrance of the show. We are asking each vendor to donate an item to be raffled off throughout the show. If you choose to donate, please provide a little information about your vendor items and we will mention your booth number to highlight your items as we draw and announce each winner.
Along with our raffle tickets we will also be selling our Annual Light Up the Night Soup Tickets. This event will be held in downtown Bellaire on Saturday December 6th. The tickets to this event are limited and sell out quickly, so if you are interested in joining in the fun you may want to grab these while they are available!

Lastly, we will be providing coffee this year for all the vendors. Coffee will be in the hallway through the conference room entrance near the snow sport rental area.

Each exhibitor is responsible for their own exhibit plus sales tax on all their sales.
