“DUCK” into BELLAIRE…and let the “QUACKIN” begin. The Bellaire Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present the 38th ANNUAL RUBBER DUCKY FESTIVAL in Downtown Bellaire with thousands of people expected.
Our largest festival of the year featuring a weeklong of events including kids activities, Rubber Ducky Parade and Race, and live music.
Thirty-four years ago Ray Mills decided he was going to put some ducks in the river, we have been doing it ever since and it gets bigger every year.
Twenty five hundred numbered rubber ducks will be dumped into the river. Tickets are for sale and if your ticket number matches the number on the bottom of the first rubber ducks to cross the finish line. Prizes are awarded to the first 27 ducks.
